You have SO much here that it’s unfocused. Blogging as a creative outlet could be one essay, and the other points could be their own essays too. Also, you are very much stating the obvious. What argument are you trying to make? Could anyone argue with you on this?

One can create an analysis of a personal blog leading to the dissection of developing a personal brand for oneself. One’s personal blog can be utilized in different forms all leading to the personal brand; positive or negative.
It’s still a work in progress but the angle I am going for in my thesis statement is that personal blogs are used to create a person’s brand. The brand can be perceived as good or bad by the public.

Ok, I like this for a thesis. I would suggest choosing one side, positive or negative. Then, your thesis statement should follow this formula: “Blogging to develop a personal brand can [positively/negatively] impact a person’s public persona because (reason 1), (reason 2), (reason 3).” Please revise to follow that example. Thanks!
