With more and more social media sites being constantly created, it is hard for teens to avoid getting accounts for these sites. It has become a huge part of a teen’s social life to help connect with friends but unfortunately, it has also become a platform for cyberbullying. One of the sites recently created was Ask.fm which is a site where individuals can submit anonymous questions or comments on a person’s profile. It has introduced another outlet in which teens can hide behind a screen and say mean things about others without having the face any social or legal punishment because it is posted anonymously. Unfortunately, the rise of these sites are what drive more and more teens to become depressed and commit suicide in society today.
